About Carrie
Most of my adult life has been spent as an operations executive at a fortune 500 company. While this job came with many benefits, it did not provide the sense of fulfillment that I had hoped for out of a career. I have always been intrigued by massage therapy and realized early on the benefits it provided. Being a massage therapist has provided the sense of fulfillment that I’ve sought. Every day I learn something new and gain a greater understanding of how the many benefits of massage can improve quality of life.
Outside of massage therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband outdoors, cooking and taking way too many pictures of our dogs (two Dobermans and a Dachshund).

Therapeutic Approach

I love the simplicity and effectiveness of massage and very much appreciate the wide range of benefits that can be provided.
I will develop a custom treatment plan based on your preferences, goals and medical history. The techniques I utilize are continuously adapted to what the client feels they need and what we find throughout the session.
I am known for my particularly slow and methodical therapeutic style, which is grounded in neuromuscular and current pain science concepts. My approach is extremely adaptive and can have a significant impact on many pain-related issues while still fostering a very relaxing experience. I work with a broad range of clients that seek help with a variety of issues as well as those just looking for a calm and quiet break.
